Will I come out of pocket for anything upfront?
No.There are no upfront costs. You only pay $30 for the background check once you decide which client to serve.
Am I responsible for my own taxes?
Yes. As a 1099 Contractor with our company, you are responsible for taxes. Taxes are not deducted from payroll.
Can I work for Two companies at once?
Yes. You can serve 2 companies but the certification classes can not overlap. Complete one class before picking up another opportunity.
How much is the service revenue?
Each Client has different rates. The pay varies between $11 and $22.
WHY ARE CERTAIN STATES RESTRICTED?
Due to telephone laws and restrictions, some states do not allow 1099 platforms in their area.
Do I need to provide the equipment?
Yes, you will need to provide your own equipment. Please check out the financing options available!
WHY IS TRAINING UNPAID?
Independant Contractors do not fall under labor employee rights. Please visit IRS website to learn more.
Are there any Fees?
There is a bi-weekly fee of $52.25 for use of the platform, technical support, & payroll processing.
DO I NEED TO HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE?
No previous experience is required. You will complete training.
IS THIS A FULL TIME OR PART TIME POSITION?
It is up to you. You are in control of your schedule but you must work 15 hours per week.

As a mother of two young daughters, Leah knows firsthand the challenges of finding work that fits around the demands of parenting. She decided to create a solution for moms like herself, offering them the opportunity to Work from Home as Virtual Agents.
With over 10 years of experience in the Call Center industry, Leah brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. She is passionate about creating a supportive work environment that empowers women to succeed on their own terms. In her free time, Leah enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and reading.
